The Zuni Festival of Arts and Culture is a collaboration between the AAMHC and the Museum of Northern Arizona.

Each May, a representative group of artists travel from Zuni to Flagstaff to share their art, language, life ways, traditional music, and dances with people interested in learning about Zuni heritage.

Our people have close cultural ties to the landscapes and ancestral villages on the Colorado Plateau, and this Festival represents Zuni’s connections to those places and our perspectives about regional art and history. The MNA and the AAMHC have established an actively committed collaborative relationship based on regular dialogue to advance both institutions’ regional and local interests.
